To design a curriculum and traing material that will help educators/carers/foster parents to improve professional and general competencies and consequently to provide better education and care to children in foster care, the partnership closely examined the needs of the target group in each participating country and also the training opportunites they have, with special emphasis on the best practice examples.

Needs anaysis results and best practices in the field of training for carers/educators/foster parents have been compared on the second project meeting. Based on these reasearch findings the curriculum and training material developement methodology was discussed. Curriculum and training materials will be developed by July 2015, and tested on an international training event in Romania in 2015.
